Yu-Ti Huang, PhD, DMin, EngD
Yuti currently serves as the Director of Institutional Research who supervises all institutional research activities which provide information to support institutional planning, policy formulation, and decision making. Coordinate data collection, analysis, and research activities associated with institutional research, and coordinates the compilation of data, and manages the submission of state and federal reports required of the University.
She joined Dominican in 2012 as a postdoctoral researcher and became an adjunct assistant professor in 2013. As the Adjunct Faculty Coordinator in the Office of Academic Affairs from 2019 to 2021, she was responsible for facilitating adjunct faculty, including communication, workforce management, and database maintenance. Furthermore, she worked as a Data Administrator for an evaluation system within the academic affairs team to ensure a high-quality learning environment.​ ​
She holds a PhD and a EngD in sustainability systems engineering, as well as a BEng degree in civil engineering, and has extensive experience in data analysis, performance management, strategic modeling, decision-making dynamic systems analysis, as well as corporate sustainability planning and management. Her current work focuses on promoting sustainable business practices that maximize resource usage and find practical solutions to sustainability challenges.
